Encouragement is given to
the fight against Arthritis.

We are happy to support the Arthritis Foundation's efforts to find a cure for this debilitating disease through research and to tell of the strides made in bringing Arthritis under control.

The officers and members of each lodge meeting at this location in Springfield, MA have joined the other Lodges of this area in applauding and encouraging these research efforts.

With continued effort, the cure must certainly be found "Just Around the Corner", so join us in this cause today .

One of our members was the captain of an I.O.O.F. team
when there was a Western Massachusetts walk to find a cure for Arthritis!
Below is a sample of the advertisements for such a walk in 2009.

In 2007, and thereafter we have put an ad in the Arthritis Ball Program book.

In 2008 a member walked in a team in the Western Massachusetts Arthritis Walk
and we had a member be Captain of a team yearly
until their was no longer a Western Mass walk.

Since then we have donated annually in the
Grand Lodge of Massachusetts Arthritis efforts.

For many years Arthritis Research Support came from these Lodges meeting at the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge Hall at 44-48 Berkshire Avenue, Springfield, MA 01109

Agawam Encampment # 25 formerly meeting, 2nd & 4th Thursdays now at 7PM 1st & 3rd Mondays	Lucy Web Hayes Rebekah Lodge # 126 Supported arthritis campaigns in the past but no longer meets on the 1st & 3rd Fridays at this location.	Springfield Lodge I.O.O.F. # 235 7:45PM 1st & 3rd Mondays
